Overview:
To mark 50 years of education, service, and community impact, the Oregon State University Extension Service Master Gardener™ Program needed a bold, standalone logo for its 2026 anniversary year. The goal was to create a mark that could carry the celebration across everything from signage and swag to digital and print—then be cleanly retired at the end of the year.

The Challenge:
This logo had to do a lot! Honor five decades of history, feel celebratory without being nostalgic, and still hold its own as the program’s primary mark for a full year. It also needed to scale effortlessly—working just as well embroidered on a hat as it does on a banner or website header.
